During my stay, I truly appreciated the modern design and cleanliness of the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the breakfast was quite good, and I enjoyed the selection of quality coffee and fresh pastries. I did encounter a few difficulties, especially with the slow check-in process which made the arrival a bit frustrating. Despite that, the comfortable bed in my room made up for most of the inconveniences, giving me a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring Essen.

Location short walk to Essen outside the immediate perimeter of shopping malls. Also, to the Bismarktplatz metro station. Attentive staff, brand-new, lovely looking rooms with comfortable bed. Satisfactory breakfast with the available food, particularly good location.

The bed is probably the most comfortable one I have ever tried! Staff are friendly and breakfast is varied with good quality options.

Long check-in wait times made arrival frustrating, and the lack of a gym was disappointing.

We loved the sweet vibe and the helpful staff, but the shower had a bit of a funky smell, and we missed having a kettle in the room. Chur!

my stay was amazing, as the hotel was just a pleasant walk away from museums like Museum Folkwang and parks like Stadtgarten Essen where I enjoyed casual strolls during my weekend trip.

Consider requesting a room with a soundbar setup for a more enjoyable entertainment experience during your stay.

The local attractions were just a short jaunt away, made our family excursions fun and convenient. I especially liked how cute the staff were, and the room offered the comfort we needed after a long day of exploring. We enjoyed the breakfast with its selection of fresh pastries.

It was just a well-suited match for strolling around in Essen with decent value for money. The front desk staff were friendly and helped with my questions promptly, making me feel welcomed. Bring your own towels if you can, they didn't have enough for double occupancy.
